Elsternwick House
This current project is a residential extension to a heritage listed Federation house in Elsternwick. The project will maximise the built form across the block, whilst retaining a heritage streetscape. Optimal solar orientation and energy efficiency was a major interest during the design phase. The large underground basement will provide ample room and access for an inner city block.
Workers Club Geelong
Renovation to an existing live music venue situated in a heritage overlay. The design includes modifications to the facade as well as internal works to retain the volume and positive acoustic virtues of the space, while minimising nose leakage to nearby buildings.
