OUR PROCESS STAGE 00 | PREDESIGN
Where possible we will meet with you prior to beginning your project to discuss it in detail. This helps to ensure that your ideas, budget, planning and building requirements align, and that we are a good fit for you, prior to investing. STAGE 01 | BRIEF & CONCEPT
Your initial ideas are pieced together and we interact with you to create your brief and schematic sketches. We'll progressively update the concept in order to inject new ideas into your design, and discover more about your needs. STAGE 02 | DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Our design experience and construction knowledge will help take your schematics to the next level, discussing with you throughout the process. We'll develop the function, form and efficiency of the design, with consideration for optimal construction methods, the current rules and regulatory requirements. We understand where there is scope within the building rules to create a better outcome for your needs rather than apply the common and easy answers. STAGE 03 | DESIGN APPROVALS
If required, our services will guide your design through additional approval processes such as a planning permit, or other site specific approvals. We understand the changing town planning requirements, and will provide additional written reports to support your permit application. STAGE 04 | CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
We develop detailed working drawings and architectural specifications in order for your design to be built or tendered. You can be confident that our project management of other required consultants will result in a comprehensive drawing set. We understand how buildings are put together and take pride in ensuring our high quality construction documents are arranged for builders first and foremost, which ensures a smooth construction process. We will also assist with obtaining your building approval. STAGE 05 | CONSTRUCTION PERIOD SERVICES
We remain a source of information and advice to all our clients as your builder brings your home to completion. Throughout the construction period we can administer your contract & project to help keep it running smoothly, on budget and constructed in accordance with the documentation.
