Stage 00 | PreDesign Assistance
Ensure a smooth process. Our feasibility studies will ensure that your ideas, budget, planning and building requirements align, before you invest. We can also provide you with detailed existing conditions plans.
Stage 01 | Brief & Concept Design
Your initial ideas are pieced together and we interact with you to create your brief and schematic sketches. We'll progressively update the concept in order to inject new ideas into your design, and discover more about your needs.
Stage 02 | Design Development
Our experience and construction knowledge allows us to develop your schematic design, discussing with you throughout the process. We'll improve the function, form and efficiency of the home design, while developing it in line with the current rules and regulations.
Stage 03 | Design Approval
If required, our services will guide your design through additional approval processes such as a planning permit. We understand the changing requirements, and can provide additional reports to support your permit application.
Stage 04 | Construction Documentation
We develop detailed working drawings and specifications in order for your design to be built or tendered. You can be confident that our assistance with engaging other required consultants and obtaining building approval will result in a positive outcome.
Stage 05 | Construction Period Services
We remain a source of information and advice as your builder brings your home to completion. Throughout the construction period we can also administer your contract & project to help keep it running smoothly and on budget.
