A new residence on a very sloped site in Glen Waverley overlooking the Dandenong Ranges. The floor levels step up with the slope of the land, yet the design minimises the requirement to travel up or down stairs throughout the day. Views to the east are maximised and the orientation of the site is optimised. Where possible and the backyard stretches along the northern side of the house in order to allow for direct solar access when desired.
