A new residence in Portarlington. The design maximises views to the north over the bay and towards the city. The living space to the rear accesses a private courtyard, whilst first floor balcony takes advantage of the views and sun.

This house structure was designed in close collaboration with the owners from their own original concept. We are assisting to ensure all ideas are coherent in order to create this this idyllic getaway. Attention has been taken with energy efficient principles, and an uninterupted thermal insulation barrier surrounds the entire house to ensure there is minimal thermal bridging or heat loss, in addition to standard construction techniques and thermal requirements.

A renovation to an existing modest residence in a rural location. The goal was to increase living space, renew the facade and increase street presence. Constructed within a bushfire prone area, the design and specifications were to the required BAL level.

A New Residence proposed within a Bushfire Management Overlay. The residence is designed to take advantage of the views into the bush as well as utilise the movement of the sun for maximum passive heating in winter.
