Belmont Studio

A private studio and art space in Belmont. Designed as a multi-purpose space it allows for a comfortable space in winter with views in all directions to the surrounding garden. The space includes large openable glazed areas to allow for cross-ventilation or create an open ‘outdoor’ living space in summer. A low roof profile allows the building to blend in behind the surrounding vegetation and remain a separate and peaceful space, removed from the residence.

Ocean Grove Heritage

Marshall House

New Residence designed to maximise the outdoor usability of a large allotment and allow for solar access during preferred times of day. Passive heating & cooling and implementing economical solutions to increase the sustainability of this new home was an important part of the design process.

Rippleside Addition

As an addition within a south-facing backyard this new living space brings in sun via north-facing clerestorey windows. Modern and bold materials define the addition and complement the existing residence. Internally the spaces flow together seamlessly.
